Deliveries are carried out Monday-Friday, during office hours (9.00 - 17.00 GMT), except on weekends and bank holidays. You can check the expected delivery date and any updates about the status of the delivery, through the tracking number that will be sent to you at the time of shipping.
When the order is delivered, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact and is not damaged, wet or altered in any way, including the fastening (adhesive tape or metal).
If the customer discovers that the packaging and/or the product is damaged or the number of packages does not correspond to the transport document, they must indicate this immediately on the transport document and return this document to the courier.
If there are problems with the physical integrity of the products, if the products do not match those ordered or if there are any missing products, such issues must be raised within 14 days from the date of receipt in line with the modalities specified in the present document.
If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, we invite you to promptly contact us by email email@example.com. We will work hard to satisfy your request. However, once an order is in the preparation phase at the warehouse, we won't be able to guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order.
If you have received an order but would like to return or exchange it, we invite you to consult our conditions for Returns and Exchanges attached to the order confirmation email or in the Returns and Exchanges Section. Once we have received your returned item, we will reimburse any payment or proceed to exchange the item, as requested.
Monitor your order
You can check the status of your order under "Order Sent" of the "My Profile" section. Select the Order ID to view the details. It is possible to check order status under "My Orders" section. You will receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation (once your order has left the warehouse) and the number to monitor the status of your order (with a link to the shipping site).
The shipping costs can change according to the country of the destination and will be calculated before purchase.
Free shipping is active for the Standard option in Continental Europe*, the Republic of San Marino and Switzerland for orders over € 150.
*the countries included are : Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, United Kingdom, Switzerland
For Italy, orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days of leaving the warehouse; for European and non-European countries orders will be delivered within 2-3 (or 4-5, based on the shipping method) working days of leaving the warehouse. If your shipment is late, it could be due to one of the following reasons: temporary unavailability of the items, a problem with the courier's service, force majeure, or bank holidays. If payment has been made via credit card or Paypal, it could also be because we have been unable to collect the sum authorized at the time of payment. If you still have not received your order within 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The shipping times indicated by the systems are provided as a guide only: if the shipment arrives after these times or if the order is delivered in several shipments, this does not give the customer the right to refuse the delivery or to request a reimbursement or compensation.
Customs duties and taxes
DLSPORT ships to the European Union and the USA on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price and there are no additional costs for delivery. For deliveries requested in all other countries, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient (DAP - Delivery at Place). Customs duties and taxes vary depending on the country of destination and are applied when the goods arrive in said country: the customer is therefore advised to contact the customs authority in their country in advance to check the costs and any possible import restrictions.
If the goods are refused by the customer or they miss the delivery for any other reason (e.g. incorrect recipient address/telephone number; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the recipient shall be billed for the following costs: shipment of goods + returning of goods + customs for the returning of goods. The customer will however be reimbursed for the cost of the goods.

- Australia: 5% duties + 10% VAT (on both the value of the goods and the cost of transportation)
- Hong Kong: no duties (so no worries for you)
- Singapore: 7% VAT (on both the value of the goods and the cost of transportation)
- Switzerland: 22 Fr. advanced fee + 8% duties + 8% VAT
